As promoters of the local Mobile ecosystem, we believe in the power of learning through sharing best practices and connecting people that activate in the local Mobile industry.
We’ve created Mobile Tech Report 2016 as a snapshot of what is currently happening in terms of mobile development in Bucharest.
The main insights of the report include types of projects undertaken by local companies, emerging technologies, business opportunities in Mobile, ideas for community involvement, the most used tools in a Mobile team.
We hope that this study will benefit:
- Professionals in the tech industry curious about the state of the local mobile development
- Companies that consider developing Mobile products
For the study we’ve contacted most of the companies that have an office in Bucharest and are currently involved in mobile development.The 38 companies that have contributed range from outsourcing to product companies, from start-ups to long established businesses, developing Mobile products for a large set of industries.
As the purpose of the study is to present insights about the local Mobile industry, we focused on qualitative inquiries. Each company initially completed a survey and then an exploratory meeting followed, in order to clarify all the aspects.
In this report, you will find three sections:
- “Executive summary”: short overview of the findings
- “Discover more”: presents aggregated information about all the researched aspects
- “Meet the players”: presents one pagers about each of the participating companies
